Sta. Maria Elementary School Enrollment System

Role: Lead Full-Stack Developer & DevOps

Project Overview

A collaborative academic system that digitizes elementary enrollment. Features user roles for administrators, teachers, and registrars to process new and returning student applications using PHP and MySQL.

Key Challenges

  • Replacing complicated paper enrollment forms with multi-step digital wizard inputs.
  • Designing database relationships to handle student records, sections, and grade levels.

Approach & Outcomes

  • Delivered a highly optimized enrollment pipeline that reduced wait times for parents.
  • Successfully containerized with Docker and deployed on a VPS for live production availability.
